Box Office Agent (remote)
The Box Office Agent for The Speakeasy Murder is the first and most important human touchpoint in the guest journey, serving as both concierge and storyteller before the mystery even begins. They are responsible for managing ticket sales, answering guest inquiries, handling special requests, and resolving issues with professionalism and warmth, all while reinforcing the show’s immersive, Prohibition-era brand. More than a transactional role, the Box Office Agent sets the tone for the evening — ensuring every guest feels welcomed, informed, and excited, and that their experience feels seamless, personal, and worthy of a night inside the world of The Speakeasy Murder.
Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant provides essential support to the management team by handling day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating communications, and ensuring efficient workflow within the company. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a creative, fast-paced environment.
Host/Greeter (I Drive, Orlando location)
Th host/greeter plays a key role in the smooth execution of The Speakeasy Murder and Other Acts of Prohibition. This position ensures the front-of-house operations are executed with excellence and partnering with food & beverage partners and MOD to provide a seamless and high-quality guest experience. Candidates should have strong communication and excellent guest facing skills. This role is the first our guests will see upon arrival.
