Box Office Agent (remote)
The Box Office Agent for The Speakeasy Murder is the first and most important human touchpoint in the guest journey, serving as both concierge and storyteller before the mystery even begins. They are responsible for managing ticket sales, answering guest inquiries, handling special requests, and resolving issues with professionalism and warmth, all while reinforcing the show’s immersive, Prohibition-era brand. More than a transactional role, the Box Office Agent sets the tone for the evening — ensuring every guest feels welcomed, informed, and excited, and that their experience feels seamless, personal, and worthy of a night inside the world of The Speakeasy Murder.
Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant provides essential support to the management team by handling day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating communications, and ensuring efficient workflow within the company. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a creative, fast-paced environment.
Guest Service Representative (I Drive, Orlando location)
The Speakeasy Murder is seeking a reliable and guest-focused representative to join our front-of-house team. This role is perfect for someone with a hospitality or Guest service background who enjoys interacting with guests and helping create a smooth, memorable experience from the moment they arrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Manage guest check-in using reservation and ticketing systems
- Collect any unpaid balances or outstanding payments accurately
- Answer guest questions regarding the show, seating, timing, and venue details
- Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Communicate guest needs, concerns, or updates to management and staff
- Maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming front-of-house area
- Represent The Speakeasy Murder brand with professionalism and attention to detail
