REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

All sales are final. 

Refunds on tickets are subject to approval by EG Murder Media upon request. Refund requests can be made up seven days prior to showtime. Ticket exchanges must be made at least 48 hours prior to showtime by calling the box office at 407-319-2464. 

No-call, no-show results in loss of funds. Rescheduling is subject to availability and is permitted when notified 24 hours prior to showtime. 

Every attempt will be made (but is not guaranteed) to offer a replacement experience or a full  refund should the producers cancel a performance. 

Maximum of NINE people for individual online bookings. 

Parties of 10 or more please contact group sales to guarantee your seat allocation as a group. All online reservations must be booked 1 hour in advance.

For groups of ten or more, gratuity will be paid in advance.

*All sales are final. No refunds. For changes to an existing reservation, please call the reservations office.

All discounts and pre-paid tickets or vouchers are subject to availability. No two discounts or pre-paid tickets may be combined on one reservation; making separate reservations will result in separate seating assignments.

All fees are subject to change.

** YOUR MENU WILL BE CONFIRMED UPON RESERVATION. YOU MUST CALL OUR RESERVATION DESK 72 HOURS IN ADVANCE IN ORDER TO CHANGE YOUR MENU. MENU WILL NOT BE CHANGED AT THE TIME OF CHECK-IN.

Parking is $7 in advance, $8 at the door. If you are planning on having a large vehicle, please inform the reservations department when you are booking. 

By completing a booking on this website, I authorize Speakeasy Murder and its parent company ETG Media LLC to debit my credit card for purchases made on speakeasymurder.com and its ticketing platform. *All sales are final. No refunds.

It is company policy that the credit card used for payment must be presented with matching photo ID upon check-in by the card holder. NO exception. **Must have credit card and matching ID for check-in.

Seating Notes: in order to sit together parties must book together under one transaction online. For separate transactions call the box office at 407-319-2464. We do not hold seats.

Print or bring the reservation confirmation with you that was sent to your email and present them at the check-in window when you arrive for the show. Gratuity is not included and is payable at the table.
