Set on Christmas Eve, 1924, A Speakeasy Christmas Carol takes Dickens’ beloved holiday tale and turns it upside down in a spectacular, family-friendly celebration filled with gangsters, ghosts, Christmas carols, live entertainment, delicious food and plenty of surprises.
At the center of it all is Johnnie “Two Hat” Stokes, a young, ambitious mob boss with power at his fingertips, enemies around every corner…and very little Christmas spirit in his heart.
Then the ghosts arrive.
On this fateful night, Johnnie’s dearly departed former mob partner returns with an ominous warning. Three unforgettable Christmas spirits follow. And Johnnie begins to realize that changing his ways may be about more than saving his soul.
It MIGHT just save his LIFE.
Will the spirits convince Johnnie to change before the clock strikes midnight? Will he finally recognize the people who have stood beside him all along? Or has this young mob boss already pushed his luck too far?

- Jewel (our pre and post show venue) opens 90 minutes before the start of the show.
- The 38 (the performance venue) will open 30 minutes prior to the start of the show.
- Drinks and appetizer service begins when you are seated at your table.
- Dinner service will begin approximately 15 minutes prior to the start of the show.
- Their will be one, fifteen minute intermission approximately one hour after the show begins.

We aim to make every guest feel welcome. By design, the audience feels like they are a part of the show without the pressure of “forced participation”.
The tables and chairs are arranged in a way so that all the action is visible from every seat. Plus the venue is intimate (seating is limited to a maximum 165 – guests). At your table you’ll find bribe money to use to talk with the characters if you wish. You’ll also find clues as to whodunnit.
Children eight and older are welcome to attend any scheduled performance. The subject matter is “rated” PG.
